Wax melter, chocolate melter

Use:

      Put wax or chocolate in a pot, heat it with PTC heat, then it change into liquid. The melted liquid is brushed on body’s skin, cleaning the skin, removing speckle or fine hair on body.

Melter indirectly heated

The pot and PTC are separated in two parts. The pot is easy to clean, but temperature rising is slower.

Melter directly heated

The pot and PTC are in one part. Temperature rising is faster, but the pot is trouble to clean.
 

Notice for manufacturer and consumer:

      PTC’s power changes depending on the using conditions. Enhancing the heat conduction will get stable temperature.
      The quantity of wax in the pot will affect wax temperature, the wax temperature with little wax may higher 2~5℃ than with full wax.
      One PTC heating element can be applied on 100V~230V, the temperature difference would be about 10℃.
 

PTC self-controlled heater:

      Our company can supply PTC heater with shell, PTC heater with insulating film, or PTC heating pellet. But for getting quick temperature rising and stable temperature, the PTC heater with shell is commended firstly.
