Use:

      It is used in film covering on photo and paper for protecting them from air-effect and abrasion. Put the photo between two films, and then press them through the film covering machine, at high temperature, the films melt and felt each other.

Notice for manufacturer and consumer:

     The temperature on surface of press plate is controlled between 140~180℃.
The press plate usually coated with a teflon layer or other layer from adhesion between film and pressing bar.
     For a film covering machine that can press A4 paper or little, the power is about 50~100W without pressing; and 150~300W with pressing。
     One PTC heating element can be applied on 100V~230V, the temperature difference would be about 10℃.
