      Melt EVA or other solid glue into liquid state, then it can be used to felt toy, electric appliance, book and so on. Then the liquid is solidified quickly, the parts can be conglutinated each other quickly.

Extruding hot glue gun

Solid glue bar is put in one terminal of the gun, then the glue is heated and liquid glue is extruded in other terminal. It is use to felt toy, electric appliance

Melting glue plate

The heater is a aluminum plate. Put glue on the plate, heat it into liquid. It is used to felt book, note book and so on.
 

Notice for manufacturer and consumer:

     The electric power is changed according to the applied conditions. The power is large at start, and then it reduces to steady, but it becomes large when extrude glue. The faster is extrusion, the larger is the power.
     One PTC heating element can be applied on 100V~230V, the temperature difference would be about 10℃.
     Increasing PTC’s temperature will get fast melting but the glue will be too watery and the glue may go back to the enter terminal for hot glue gun.
     The start power of hot glue gun is depend on room temperature resistance of PTC. But the extruding power is depend on PTC’s surface temperature mainly. The start power is 200~500W usually, steady power (no extrusion) is 20~30W, and extruding power is 30~80W usually。

 

PTC self-controlled heater:

      Our company can supply PTC heater with shell, PTC heater with insulating film, or PTC heating pellet. But for getting quick extrusion and fast melting, PTC heater with shell is commended firstly.
