Notice for manufacturer and consumer:

      The power of PTC is very different from applied conditions.
      To shorten the waiting time of initial vapor, add little water in the pot first. After vapor, add other water at the same time as vapor.
      Neglecting other energy consume, vaporizing 1 gram water need 2260 J of heat energy. If vaporizing 1 gram water in one second, it generate 1.3 liter steam, 2260W of power is needed.
Power is 10% smaller on 110V than on 220V for the same PTC heater.

 

PTC self-controlled heater:

      Our company can supply PTC heater with shell, transflux type, immerging type, or Bottom type. Various coating, such as Teflon, ceramic paint, or oxygenation on surface of shell is possible. We also supply PTC heater with insulating film, or PTC heating pellet. But for getting high power, PTC heater with shell is commended firstly. Electric power of one part is between 100~500W, and parallel several parts can be used for larger power.
