| Notice for manufacturer and consumer: |
PTC as heating element, it fits for high safety, slap-up product. Using to maintain temperature of water is very excellent and also low cost.
For getting higher power, let water flowing or convection, ensure compact assembling, and using high heat-conducting materials such as copper or aluminum. The power density is about 6W /cm2（at 25℃ water）for immerging heater or transflux heater. The higher temperature is the water, the lower is the power.
Using higher switch temperature PTC can get higher power, 220~270℃switch temperature PTC is selected usually. But if select too high switch temperature, the reliable will reduce. |

PTC self-controlled heater: |
Our company can supply PTC heater with shell, consist of aluminum or copper, transflux type or immerging type. Various coating, such as Teflon, ceramic paint, or oxygenation on surface of shell is possible. We also supply PTC heater with insulating film, or PTC heating pellet. But for getting high power, the PTC heater with shell is commended firstly. Electric power of one part is between 100~1500W, and parallel several parts can be used for larger power.
