3.Classify by temperature of drink.
1)Boiling type. The drink need to be boiled。
2)Temperature maintaining type. Maintain the drink a fit temperature, for getting good taste.

 

Notice for manufacturer and consumer:

     PTC as heating element, it fits for high safety, slap-up product. Using to maintain temperature of drink is very excellent and also low cost. If PTC is used as boiling heater, the cost is slightly high.
     The power can be lower itself if temperature of drink is higher. So it can save energy.
     For getting higher power, let drink flowing or convection, ensure compact assembling, and using high heat-conducting materials such as copper or aluminum. The power density is about 6W /cm2(at 25℃ water)for immerging heater; and 2~5W /cm2 for bottom heater. The higher temperature is the drink, the lower is the power.

Power is 10% smaller on 110V than on 220V for the same PTC heater.

 

PTC self-controlled heater:

     Our company can supply PTC heater with shell, consist of aluminum or copper, bottom heater type or immerging heater type. Various coating, such as Teflon, ceramic paint, or oxygenation on surface of shell is possible. We also supply PTC heater with insulating film, or PTC heating pellet. But for getting high power, the PTC heater with shell is commended firstly. Electric power of one part is between 20~1000W, and parallel several parts can be used for larger power.
