Notice for manufacturer and consumer:
The customer hopes the crimpers heating quickly. There are some methods to get fast heating: 1) Use larger area PTC’s surface, but it will increase the cost. 2) Use the crimper’s materials with good heat conduct, such as aluminum. 3) Use the PTC with larger current, but the circuit need withstanding larger current and the cost is higher.
Most of customers apply 100V~230V voltage, and a few apply safe voltage (12V~24V). One PTC heating element can be applied on 100V~230V, or 12V~24V, the temperature difference would be about 10℃.
PTC self-controlled heater:
Our company can supply PTC crimping cylinder, PTC heater with insulating film, or PTC heating pellet. But for getting quick temperature rising, the PTC crimping cylinder is commended firstly.
