PTC heater with insulating film

Hair straightener，hair crimper, wax melting heater，vapor generator，humidifier，water boiler，liquid warmer，coffee warmer，polymer press-coating heater，hot glue gun，chocolate extruder，shoe dryer，hand/foot warmer，massager，physical therapy heater.

3. Notice in appliance.
1）After switching on, the heating power is large, and then decrease, finally it become steady state.      The steady state power changes with appliance conditions. Faster is the heat conduction, higher is      the steady state power; higher is the surface temperature, higher is the steady state power.
2）The surface temperature of PTC can be controlled by itself, control circuit may be omitted in      most appliances.
3）Our PTC products are high reliable, long aging, but if they are assembled improperly, the end      product may be loose, power or temperature may be instable.
4) It operates in long life, and has excellent insulation on high voltage. The surface temperature      changes 5~10℃ only, when supplied voltage changes 2 time. In liquid heating appliance, when      liquid was dried in the container, it’s no problem.
5）Parallel connection is necessary for two or more PTC connection.

Notice: 1) The surface temperature can be selected between 50℃~280℃, the tolerance of surface                 temperature is ±7℃ usually. Rate voltage can be 6V~240V, AC or DC. Customer designed                shapes are possible.
           2) For getting rapid temperature rising, larger heating power, several PTC pellets are used to                assemble into a larger one.
           3) All the temperature and rate voltage can be fitted with below dimensions.
